This Ju Jutsu is a non-competitive traditional Japanese martial art with traditional values, utilizing various escapes, holds, and locks, with modern day self defense applications. Loose fitting clothing is recommended. An excellent program for men and women, 14 years of age and up who desire martial arts training with culture.
